I am a husband, dad, pastor of ten years, and spiritual director. Trained at Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction, my passion is accompanying others on their journey with God.
I began meeting with a spiritual director after an intense season of burnout in my life. After years of active involvement in the local church, attending Bible school, and pastoring a local church, I found myself in a place of exhaustion and staleness in my walk with God and began discovering that what worked in the past no longer seemed to work.
It was in this season where meeting with a spiritual director became—and still is—an important part of my spiritual formation. Spending time with someone who reflectively listened and noticed helped me discern the still small voice of God in the midst of my personal weariness and confusion. As my understanding and journey with Christ grows and evolves, I am learning afresh what faithfulness looks like in each season.
I am a grateful husband and a father to three children. Our family makes our home in the beautiful coastal town of Stonington, Connecticut.
